Terms of Service

1. Programme Description

BOLKAR is a live, cohort-based spoken English coaching programme delivered via Zoom. Each cohort consists of 12 live sessions over 4 weeks, facilitated by a trained human coach.

2. Payment Terms

Enrolment requires a one-time payment processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund if you withdraw before Session 1 — no questions asked. After Session 1 has begun, the seat is non-refundable, as we hold it exclusively for you and turn away other learners.

4. Code of Conduct

By joining a BOLKAR cohort, you agree to:

• Treat fellow learners and the trainer with respect
• Keep the cohort WhatsApp group professional and supportive
• Attend sessions on time with camera on (when possible)
• Not record or redistribute session content

5. Intellectual Property

All BOLKAR materials — including handbooks, session recordings (if any), exercises, and curriculum — are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any BOLKAR materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

BOLKAR provides spoken English coaching. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as improvement depends on individual effort and practice. Our liability is limited to the programme fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
