Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our approach

We offer a free one-on-one demo session before you pay, so you can meet the trainer and understand exactly what the programme involves before committing. Because seats are limited and held for you once you enrol, our refund window closes shortly before the cohort begins.

If you cancel

More than 24 working hours before your cohort's first session: full refund.

Within 24 working hours of the first session, or at any point after the cohort has started: no refund.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 70303 96001 or email mugdhalabhade62@gmail.com. Your cancellation is effective from the time we receive it.

If we cancel or postpone

If BOLKAR cancels a cohort, or changes its start date, you may either:

• move to any upcoming batch of the same programme, or
• receive a full refund.

The choice is yours.

Missed sessions

If you miss a session, the recording is made available to you. Missed sessions are not refunded, rescheduled, or repeated, and do not entitle you to move to another batch.

Leaving partway through

We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds once a cohort has started.

Batch transfers

We do not offer batch transfers once you have enrolled, except where BOLKAR has cancelled or postponed the cohort.

Removal from a cohort

If you are removed from a cohort for the reasons set out in our Terms and Conditions, no refund is due.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. If you paid using card EMI, your refund is returned to your card. Any interest or processing charges already applied by your bank are set by your bank, and we cannot reverse them.

Instalments

Where instalment options are offered through Razorpay as EMI on eligible cards, the EMI agreement is between you and your card issuer. BOLKAR receives the full fee at the time of purchase, and any refund follows this policy in the same way as a single payment.
